Arsenal predicted XI vs Wolves as Partey goes central, Nelson starts and Xhaka takes Gunners bow

As Arsenal prepare to face Wolverhampton in their final game of the 2022/23 Premier League season, they will be looking to end the campaign on a high note. Despite losing out on the title to Manchester City, the Gunners have had a successful season and will be hoping to finish with a win at the Emirates Stadium.

PREDICTED ARSENAL LINEUP TO FACE WOLVERHAMPTON

Aaron Ramsdale; Kieran Tierney, Gabriel Magalhaes, Jakub Kiwior, Ben White; Xhaka, Partey, Odegaard; Leandro Trossard, Gabriel Jesus , Bukayo Saka

Manager Mikel Arteta is expected to field a strong lineup for the game, with goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale likely to start between the sticks. The back four is expected to consist of Kieran Tierney, Gabriel Magalhaes, Jakub Kiwior and Ben White, who have all been solid performers for Arsenal this season.

In midfield, Granit Xhaka and Thomas Partey are expected to start alongside Martin Odegaard. The trio have formed a strong partnership in recent weeks and will be looking to control the midfield against Wolverhampton.

Up front, Leandro Trossard is expected to start on the left wing, with Gabriel Jesus leading the line and Bukayo Saka on the right wing. All three players have been in good form this season.

The formation for Arsenal is likely to be a 4-3-3, which has been Arteta’s preferred system throughout most of the season. This formation allows Arsenal’s attacking players more freedom while also providing defensive stability.

Wolverhampton are currently in 13th position on the Premier League table with 41 points. They have had an inconsistent season but will be looking to end on a positive note against Arsenal. However, with Arsenal’s strong lineup and home advantage, they will be favourites heading into this game.

Overall, Arsenal fans will be hoping for a convincing win against Wolverhampton as they look ahead to next season. While they may not have won the title this year, there are plenty of positives to take from their performances and they will be looking to build on that next season.
